"Men are from Mars, women are from Venus"

“Men are from Mars, women are from Venus” - isn't that how we used to perceive the world?

Each of us is an individual and at the same time one single whole.

Since childhood, I have been accustomed to consider myself “strong and independent”, not exactly as princesses are described in fairy tales, and I don't think that our lives are close to the plot of fairy tales.

No matter how it might seem, if it were two different stars, or planets, we are two halves connected by an invisible connection, the connection of the universe.

Despite the limitless number of theories discussed in class, I would like to focus on the theory of the creation of the earth, the flora and fauna surrounding us, and of course us made by Our Heavenly Father.

Representing a female representative, such qualities as caring, detail-oriented, people-oriented, and their feelings immediately come to mind. More developed communication skills, a tendency to cooperate, relationship orientation, but at the same time quite pronounced verbal aggression, due to their emotionality and sensitivity.

Well, a man - independence, straightforwardness, protection. It so harmoniously combines focus on goals, orientation in space, competitiveness, but at the same time the presence of physical aggression.

Isn't that how we used to think about everything, creating stereotypes? Although to some extent this all has its own truth. A woman's emotional intelligence is indeed more developed than a man's. They are much better at reading and recognizing other people's emotions, tend to experience and empathize. And this just speaks about the main aspects sent to us by the modern prophets, about caring for our offspring and our maternal role.

While men have better developed brain departments responsible for logic.

If we talk about the channels of our perception of the world, then there are differences here.

I think each of us has heard more than once, “Men love with their eyes, and women with their ears.” And even if you wanted to refute this fact, the probability of a positive outcome is absolutely small, since the male representatives really have a more developed visual channel than women. That is why men fall in love with an image, and women fall in love with words. Speaking of intelligence, the male brain is 12% heavier than the female brain, which indicates a greater presence of gray matter responsible for mental ability, while a woman has 10 times more white brain matter responsible for communication and distribution of tasks between different parts of the brain. Women have a better developed left side of the brain, which is why they begin to speak and read faster, while men have better spatial and logical thinking, for which the right hemisphere is responsible. Perception of reality is an important factor in building relationships and marriage, which is why close attention is drawn to the factor that men hear only what they are told and nothing else, while a woman includes emotions, fantasy, often exaggerating and dramatizing the situation.

Despite the boundless diversity in our characters and perception of life, there is something that makes us one, creates our family reality, in which we tend to complement each other. After all, even in The Family Proclamation to the World it was clearly said “Rear children in love & rightness; Provide spiritual & physical needs; Teach about love & serving one another; Observe the commands of God” and all this is impossible to imagine without our features of the supplement. Yes, we can be completely different in certain aspects, but at the same time “Faith, prayer, repentance, forgiveness, respect, love, compassion & work” cannot be considered key aspects of happiness without adopting our characteristics from each other, daily growth, learning from each other's experiences and a truly sincere attempt to understand each other.

As the saying goes, “To give without expecting anything in return, to be there when you are really needed: this is true love.”
